What we collect when you use rayso.studio, and why. Last updated October 14, 2026. Questions? shohag4y@gmail.com or get in touch.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google, or just your email when you sign in with a magic link.
- Purchases and memberships: order and subscription IDs, the template or plan you bought, amount, currency, status and receipt link. Card and billing details are handled by Lemon Squeezy and never reach us.
- Downloads: which templates you downloaded, when, how many times, and the license key issued to you.
- Contact form: your name, email, the service and budget you pick, and your message.
- Usage data: pages visited, referrer, device and browser type, and country, collected by our analytics tools.
How we use it
- To sign you in, deliver your templates, issue license keys and manage your membership.
- To reply to your enquiries and send emails you asked for, like sign-in links and receipts.
- To understand which pages and templates people use, so we can improve the site.
- We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Analytics
- Umami gives us aggregated, cookieless visit statistics.
- SourceTruth records visits and events like sign-ins. When you sign in or submit a form, it links your email to your visits so we can see how people find us.
Cookies and local storage
- A session cookie keeps you signed in. Without it, the account area doesn't work.
- Your browser stores your light or dark theme choice, and a short-lived flag while you sign in. Neither is used for tracking across other sites.
Services that process your data
- Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Sanity (site content), Resend (email), Lemon Squeezy (payments, as merchant of record), Google (optional sign-in), Umami and SourceTruth (analytics).
- Each one only gets the data it needs to provide its service. Some are based outside your country, including in the United States and Japan.
How long we keep it
- Account and download data stays until you ask us to delete your account.
- Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, even after an account is deleted.
- Contact form messages are kept in our inbox for as long as they're useful to the conversation.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it.
- You can block analytics with a browser extension or your browser's privacy settings. The site still works.
- To make a request, email us from the address on your account and we'll reply within 30 days.
